Information and Policies

Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars, per night for single or double occupancy.

Extra persons over double occupancy are charged $50.00 per night.

Guests must be 21 years of age to reserve a room.

Maximum occupancy per unit is 5 people.

All rooms at Gallows Point Resort are non-smoking rooms. Virgin Island law prohibits all smoking within 20 feet of a public area.

Guests are not allowed to bring children under 5 years of age. Proof of age required at check-in. However, owner's children are occasionally on property.

All rates are subject to the prevailing 10% Virgin Islands Hotel Room tax.

Deposit: Three nights rate, or full payment (less tax) on stays less than three nights, is required to guarantee accommodations.

Cancellations: Deposits are fully refundable when notice of cancellation has been received by Gallows Point Resort at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date. Except there will be a 5% charge for cancellation fee on the deposit amount. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date result in 100% forfeiture of the deposit. However, it can be used toward a stay within one year of original arrival date. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to full cancellation policy. A Gallows Point Resort cancellation number is the only proof of an authorized cancellation.

Management reserves the right to levy an early departure penalty.

All rates are subject to change.

Guests are responsible for transportation to the St. John ferry dock. Complimentary arrival and departure shuttle is provided to and from the resort to the St. John ferry dock.
