THE FOLLOWING POLICIES WILL APPLY TO ALL RESERVATIONS.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU MAKE A RESERVATION:

• Children under 5 are not permitted and children under 12 are not recommended.
• Room rates quoted are per night, single or double occupancy. Extra persons sharing the same accommodations will be subject to an additional charge of $35 to $45 per person per night depending on the season.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• All rates are subject to the prevailing USVI Hotel Tax (currently 8%), except the Honeymoon Packages that include the tax. (Call us direct to book your honeymoon package).
• • Guests are responsible for transportation from the airport to the St. John ferry dock. Please see How do we get to St. John for information and cost.Rates do not include transfers from St Thomas Airport to Red Hook Ferry Dock or Ferry to St John.
• Complimentary arrival and departure shuttle service is provided to and from the Resort and Cruz Bay, St. John ferry dock when you inform us of your St. Thomas arrival time.

DEPOSITS
A deposit of three (3) nights room rate, or full payment on reservations of less than three nights, is required in advance to guarantee the room.

CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are refundable when notice of cancellation has been received by Gallows Point Resort at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date on the reservation. Less than 30 days advance notice results in forfeiture of the deposit, except the guest is allowed to apply the deposit to a future reservation within one year of the original reservation date. A Gallows Point Resort cancellation number is the only proof of an authorized cancellation.

EARLY DEPARTURES
Gallows Point Resort reserves the right to levy an early departure penalty.
